Bonnyrigg Rose Football Club is seeking a dedicated individual to volunteer as the Boys Early Years Phase Lead. This crucial role involves supporting the development of young players in the club’s Early Years phase.

Responsibilities include:
– Developing age-appropriate coaching sessions
– Providing individual feedback and guidance to players
– Working closely with volunteer playmakers
– Upholding the club’s values and ethos
– Assisting players in transitioning to 11-a-side matches

Qualifications and requirements:
– UEFA C Children’s coaching qualification
– Experience in coaching young players
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Understanding of player development principles
– Alignment with the club’s values and ethos
